Update needed: Download new mobile apps to access student information for upcoming school year

Update needed: Download new mobile apps to access student information for upcoming school year

The mobile app for Anoka-Hennepin Schools parents and students has changed due to a software update. Families know the app as “ParentVUE,” students know the app as “StudentVUE,” and most district staff refer to it as Synergy.

The updated versions of the apps are available to use and access now. Some families may no longer be able to login using the current or discontinued legacy version of the apps.

Take action now to download and use the new app:

  • Families: Parents/guardians should download the new version of the app.
Apple App Store | Google Play store.

    • Use the same Username/Password you have used previously.
    • If you forgot your login information, you can set your username and change your password independently, whenever or wherever they choose.
    • If you already have an account and were using the old ParentVUE mobile app, select “Already Activated,” if you are prompted.

  • Students:
Apple App Store | Google Play store.
    • Use the same Username/Password you have used previously.
    • If you forgot your login information, your school can reset it during fall startup.

Downloading the new app ensures you will be able to be involved at the start of the school year:

  • Get teacher assignments and class schedules.
  • Monitor academic progress, assignments and tests.
  • Submit student absences.
  • Pay fees for meals and/or activities.
  • View your student’s grades and report card.
  • Find Transportation information, if applicable.
